The Perfect Evening: Rachel and Dr. Anthony

A history teacher. Her doctor fiancé that appreciates her love of history. And a historic venue in the heart of the city in which they met. Couple that with a love-filled room of enthusiastic guests, and the rest is…(I promised myself no puns, so) in Rachel’s words, “the perfect evening”. 

It was a tremendous honor to help Dr. Anthony and Rachel celebrate their wedding day, as we provided exclusive event entertainment, including full room lighting design and production, for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception. 

In the spirit of Maxine Nightingale’s “Right Back Where We Started From”, Anthony and Rachel invited their closest friends and family to celebrate their wedding at The Historic Hotel Bethlehem. This was due to the fact that they met, and their love began, only a few blocks away, at Moravian College. Partnering with the tremendous staff at The Historic Hotel Bethlehem, we were able to guide the flow of each celebratory event, from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, and back to the transformed ballroom for the reception. 

Touches of personalization were paramount, and very evident throughout the evening; which had Rachel’s brother officiating the ceremony, and Dr. Anthony’s grandfather serenading the guests with a few tunes via grand piano during cocktail hour, amongst other aptly timed moments commemorating the special day.
